Students will use the anchor chart paper as an enhancement to each day's learning. The students will use it as a reference point. Although some may have a pencil on the first, from my past experiences by the end of September they won't have anything A pencil sharpener is a must. Students are often disruptive trying to borrow a sharpener from another student or the individual sharpener that student use break after a couple of uses. We use spiral notebooks for interactive study and therefore utilized for note taking. Students don't bring enough to support more than one class daily.
