Homeland Park is a Title 1 school where the kids are always eager to learn with a smile on their face. It is such a privilege to work with such an intelligent and engaged group of children. It is very important that each child have the opportunity to learn and express themselves in their own way. Having the opportunity to give students choice in the classroom, as well as differentiating instruction allows the students to enjoy learning and be the best they can be. It is my goal to make my students the best readers and writers that they can possibly be. Having these books and pencils gives the students to express themselves freely while learning the steps to becoming better writers. Expanding my classroom library is also very important. Giving the students a variety of different books to choose from, makes reading more fun. I want to give my students ample opportunities to learn a fun, free, safe environment!
