I teach math and science to two first grade classes. All of my students are English Learners and I need to provide tools for them to be successful both in and out of the classroom. By purchasing two iPads, my students will access curriculum standards through a variety of apps and games. It will be a fun and engaging way to practice skills learned in the classroom, expose them to vocabulary and improve their English, which is crucial for their academic success. By using the iPad in our classroom, my students can expand their learning and prepare them for the future using the latest technology.
