These materials will serve a variety of purposes. The books and magazines will be used to cultivate a love for reading and meet the various interests within my classroom. The varying levels will help even my most reluctant readers feel more confident in their ability to read and enjoy reading. Other items will be used to add excitement to the seemingly mundane activities within our daily routine. The phones will be used in guided reading, making fluency a skill that is looked forward to rather than dreaded. Lastly, some items will aid in the organization of our classroom. Helping material be more easily accessed by the students.
