From our whole group lessons, morning calendar routines, story time, sing alongs, and as a place to read and build during learning centers, we use our carpet all day long. Our current carpet is very old, older than the kids in our class. Though we vacuum every day there are just some old stains and dirt that won't come out. With a new carpet, our students will be able to transition from their desks to a spot in front of the whiteboard in a more efficient way. The new carpet will also help give each student an equally sized place to sit as our current carpet is not equally divided, and we have to use new painter tape every week to mark each student's area. My students will love having their own spots in this colorful carpet. Thank you so much for helping with this project, and thank you for all you do!
