I find that integrating technology in the classroom is necessary in a technology dependent world. My students will use technology daily in reading, writing, and analyzing. Without headsets and working Chromebooks, my students will be unable to listen to our daily reading and record and share their stories and their critical thinking skills. With your help, my students will be able to access their headsets and Chromebooks whenever they see it appropriate. The quality of these headphones will allow students to focus better. Students will be taught responsibility and respect for these resources, so they can be used for years to come. I want nothing more than for my students to succeed and to do that, they need age appropriate technology to help them be successful. Audio Listening and voice recording will allow my students to experience the world through a different lens. This year I want to incorporate more speaking activities in my 7th grade Spanish Language Arts class, in Spanish 1, and in my Intro to Spanish classes. I will have them record their conversations and submit them to me so that I can give them helpful feedback, to better prepare them, before the end of the year assessments. We need the Headsets to listen to audio, to record group conversations, to record student responses (similar to their end of the year assessments).
