Working with manipulatives in a variety of activities will allow my students to see math from a different perspective. Many of my students come into the math classroom saying it is a challenging subject. While having fun and enjoying their work, my students will be learning through hands in activities. If I am able to provide them with the opportunity to work with these activities, I know their mentality about math will change and they will become successful in their math goals! Having math manipulative at their fingertips will give them the opportunity to find a new passion they didn't know they had.
