Hands on activities can provide a positive learning environment. By donating to my project my students will be able to apply their creativity, curiosity, imagination problem solving and early math and engineering skills when they use the blocks and games. They will build, make connections and problem solve. All this while learning essential skill they need to succeed in first grade and beyond. The wobble chairs will give my more energetic students an outlet to be able to focus and finish a task. The literature will help my students make connections to school, and home and learn how to give their best effort in both areas. I know my student will enjoy using all these materials immensely!
