If my project is funded, it will significantly impact and help my friends access more flexible seating options, learning materials and printing needs. We live in a millionaire digital world with many printing needs on a daily bases. I’ve learned that working with special needs friends, we have lots of paperwork to complete; ARD paperwork, progress monitoring, progress reports, IEP’s, data collection, varies reports communication to parents, hand outs, and ect.). Learning materials for visual pictures, file folder games, and activities are also in high demand for our friends. Flexible seating will provide my friends with many benefits for moving and increasing oxygen flow. Flexible seating also supports more attention alert and focus with comfort. All students have different IEPs which require educational materials and activities based on common core assessments and standards. Friends will have small group activities and one on one activities materials to ensure mastering the standards that they present struggles with building a stronger sense of understanding. I believe in growing my fiends’ brain to meet the need to return with their peers. I feel that my friends will benefit, empower and engage with items and they will really enjoy collaborating with their peers. Within supporting my request and helping this forgotten and deserving set of students you will help me help them become life-long learning and move up to their level.
