Students will get creative by exploring printmaking for mixed media projects. Our focus is “giving voice” to reluctant learners. We will explore creative ways to speak through art which is a catalyst of confidence. Students will gain hands on experience with creating art from found objects and materials they create. They will create art that relates to what they are learning in core classes. Mixed media art will be used to explore language arts, math, science and history. This cross curriculum connection inspires understanding and interest. It provides a hands on approach to learning. Students will create, present, respond and connect with your help!
