As a first year teacher, I want to be able to give my students an exciting kindergarten experience. I believe students should be able to incorporate hands on materials and their imagination into their learning projects. These materials allow for my students to project their understanding into real life problems by creating solutions on their own. I want to be able to incorporate these materials into small group activities where students will be using STEM curriculum to reach their learning goals. My students are eager to have hands on materials to explore and experiment with. They will be more motivated to learn and be more engaged if I am able to provide more kinesthetic experiences for them.
