Students spend more time in classrooms than in any other part of the school. The look, feel, and function has a huge impact on how much they learn. I want to make sure I create a space where they are also comfortable. A well-organized classroom sends a clear and positive message to students. I want to transfer the message that my classroom was created for them, with their specific needs in mind, because they are important as well as their learning. With good organization, any classroom can feel comfortable and functional. Without it, it can diminish students’ sense of ease and limit their learning.

About my class
