Most of the items for this project such as the sensory fidgets, stress balls, dry erase boards and markers, as well as large wall timers will help all my students (not just the ones with anxiety or learning needs) manage their stress level and increase their ability to focus in the classroom. The rest of the items such as the markers, pens, and post its are to create supply kits for each table group so that all students have access to the material they need to successfully complete activities wether its annotating a reading or creating a poster. When students are freed from the smaller stressors such as access to school supplies, they are better able to focus on the learning.

About my class
