Flexible seating options have been proven to be a great and beneficial option for students! Some of these benefits include: the power of choice, greater communication skills, increased focus, increased comfort, sensory input, and fun in the classroom! Community building is one of my number areas of focus in my classroom! The purpose of flexible seating in my classroom gives students a choice in their learning all while taking ownership of their own academics and classroom environment. The additional supplies are to help me start building a library, work on decorations, and start working on anchor charts for my bare classroom.
