My students will utilize art supplies to engage in rigorous lessons that will connect across the entire curriculum in our STEAM school. By incorporating ART into the STEM lessons provided throughout our school, my artists will gain 21st Century Job Skills as well as bolster their creative problem solving skills. Through using these high quality art supplies my students will understand that they are being respected as an artist which will allow them to feel more connected to the work they are creating. Having access to these high quality supplies will position my Title I students to believe they can be part of the larger art world, as they will be using the same supplies that artists in studios throughout the world use on a daily basis.
