This year we are starting our middle school and with our firm believe in educating the whole child and the importance of health and exercise, we are hitting the ground running with sport. Our Wolves will be participating in a Charter School League in boys and girls volleyball, boys and girls basketball and co-ed soccer. A healthy body breeds a healthy mind, and our motto for our athletes id “student first.” If this project is funded it would reach about 200 boys and girls in our diverse student body, our students speak about 19 different languages, and we encourage them to be physically active. This project will help us acquire some of the equipment we will need to get our sports program off the ground and keep our students physically fit and healthy to learn. Our goal is to foster a teamwork culture by building community through sport.
