Not only do students need to bring these books with them during small group instruction, but students also take these leveled readers home to practice fluency, accuracy, and to complete targeted skill work. These book bags will help teach students organization and responsibility. Since these guided reading books are checked out from the school's library and come in sets, it is essential that the books are taken care of and returned to school in good condition. Books bags help accomplish this and preserve the books to be used by other teachers and future students.
