Interactivity is so important for young students to stay engaged and excited. STEM toys encourage kids to develop skills in the core disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. STEM toys I intend to use in the classroom includes a pan balance and tools for investigating our student garden. Reading is imperative to instill in kindergarten and it's incredibly important to get students excited about books. In my project, I included many books that I know are sure to catch my student's attention. I can't wait to see the look on my student's faces when they walk into a classroom full of fun activities and an encouraging class library.
