Thank you for visiting my page! I am currently a 3rd grade teacher at a San Francisco's public school in the heart of Chinatown. I predominately work with immigrant families who are a part of the same neighborhood community. I also have a personal connection with this community and school because I also grew up within the same environment and school. Understanding how our environment is, being an educator means more than academic success -- I also believe in supporting one another, building community, empathy, and fostering long lasting relationships.
