These novels will make a huge difference in my students' learning. Not only will they help them build stamina, but they will also help them acquire better comprehension and fluency. Building stamina is greatly needed for my 5th grade students that will be held accountable for passing their state mandated exams (STAAR) in order to be promoted to middle school. Passing these exams is of great concern to them and what a better way to practice these skills with books that they will enjoy. These books are from a series of six, but these two books I am requesting I only have one copy of each.
