This printer will enable the amazing projects created by my students in TinkerCAD and Google SketchUp to take something tangible from the class that they themselves designed. For the House Project, my students are required to design a house using 2 dimensional CAD program. They then convert this blueprint into an actual 3 dimensional model using Google Sketchup. For my 6th graders, I require them to select any castle they want to research on the Internet and then use Tinker CAD software to build their own version of the castle they selected. They must convert this into a file that can be read by a 3 dimensional printer.

About my class
