These hands-on learning activities will support my newly learning kindergarteners and reinforce skills of my first graders. By students working collaboratively they will interact and learn through play together. My students come from a low income area and sadly lack a basic foundation for entering school. These hands-on activities will bolster their English language as well develop that learning is fun! These products that I have selected would be instrumental in blending kindergarteners and first graders together. I would use these types of activities to start each learning day. Let’s start each day with team work, communication and of course excitement for learning!
