The access to technology by my students outside of a cellphone is very limited. Having these laptops will allow me to create an atmosphere for learning, increase student engagement and differentiate student learning. Research has shown that the use of technology will enhance student collaboration and teamwork while increasing and improving student output. Most importantly, my students are in the last phase of high school. The use of technology will better prepare them for the next stage of their lives. They will be able to develop skills that will use as they transition into the workforce or continue their studies.
