Our students are in need of a sensory hallway to take breaks from the learning process to meet their sensory needs. This will allow students to help manage their emotions and refocus to attend to their learning goals. This hallway is in a central location in the school which is available to learning support classrooms, life skills, and our school therapies. The hallway is located outside of our elementary sensory room and will include decals to jump, spin, count, read the letters, pushes, and will include simple directions to follow, etc. The students will look forward to utilizing the hallway and it will help keep their bodies and minds active and mindful! This will be an excellent addition to our school and we thank you in advance for helping us make this happen!
