We are asking for this very engaging set of Alphabet Sounds Teaching Tubs to build the foundations of future readers. Our students often don't get to practice or learn their letters and sounds at home, so we teachers are tasked with developing these essential skills while also following along with the Common Core Standards. It's assumed that children come into Kindergarten with this background knowledge, but societal inequities are a harsh reality that precludes families from teaching this to their kids. With your help, we can acquire this fun, research-backed approach to "catch" our kids up to where they would be academically if they grew up with the same advantages of students in other neighborhoods. These will be a great help as we begin the academic year online, which is an added challenge for us primary grade educators. Thank you!
