Students will have the opportunity to uses all these supplies creating an Ofrenda for the Dia de los muertos. Students will research a Spanish artist( poets, singer, painters etc... and they will be writing an essay in Spanish, also they will create a Ofrenda with the elements that describe that person, using a shoes box. Students will need, crayons, papers, sharpies, glue, rulers. students also will have the opportunity to watch a documentary about Dia de los muertos and why is so important to be respectful to other culture. I want my students experience why is important to be respectful.
