These materials will give my students choice in where they work. When they are able to choose their learning environment, they will feel in control and take ownership of their learning. When given the opportunity to make their own choices, students often select choices that improve their focus and motivation for the task at hand. The stools give students another option besides traditional chairs to use at a desk or table. The wobble stools give students a chance to get some extra movement out in their seats and they can be used as comfortable seats on the carpet as well! The magnetic whiteboard is portable so I can easily take my lesson with me to wherever my students are. This allows more flexibility for my lessons, which gives my students more flexibility in their seating options.
