Students working together to research different topics. Giving presentations then skill based learning through role play activities, comic strip making, and decision making activities. I believe kids want to collaborate and share ideas. The old ways of lecture and note taking have become less effective. Kids need to be exposed to current research, videos, and 3D models to not only understand what they are learning but why it's important. With access to information through technology I see a classroom where students not only advocate for themselves but they take what they have learned home and advocate for their families and communities.
