A classroom rug will greatly benefit my students. They can come sit closer to the board if they need to see better or need help paying attention. many students need differentiated seating options and a rug would give them more options. It will also be useful during workshop and group work time. We don't have many places in the room where students can sit and collaborate and a rug would offer the perfect place. Students would be able to sit close together and work on a project. It would also be a great place for students to lay and read independently. Who doesn't love to lay down and read a good book?
