Open my students' eyes to the world of stories in books. Fill the shelves with classic novels and stories of adventure to excite their minds and hearts with a love of literature. These books and classroom supplies will help my students enter the reading and writing zone on a daily basis throughout the school year. The more options of books they may love, the better the chances of getting them hooked on reading and writing. The chosen novels for this project are highly ranked middle school books that should catch their attention. The pencil, pen, eraser, and sharpener supply will provide materials for writing so that, "not having one" is never an option.
