Our school district is considering returning to in person learning in the near future. I want an engaging and safe way for my Kindergarteners' to learn. We currently have old tables in our classroom. Unfortunately, these tables take up a lot of space and do not provide adequate social distancing. This is a big hazard for my kindergarteners. Instead of tables, I want my students to have individual lap desks and a safe learning area that is all their own. Personal lap desks are a great alternative to traditional tables. With the fulfillment of this project, each student will have their own area in the classroom and their own personal lap desk which will provide a safe learning environment. My students will be able to keep their materials in their lap desks and have a safe spot just for them to learn unencombered. The plastic lap desks are also easy to clean and move as necessary. My students will absolutely love having a special learning spot just for them with everything they need to blossom.
