My students want to learn to read, but there are barriers that hinder them like poverty and lack of resources. We want to build a library of books on tape/cd to help with this lack and boost the students' confidence in reading and literacy. These books will help with my students’ literacy by providing them with audio and visual to support their learning. Lessons will be more engaging and interactive and we will also be able to use various learning styles to reach all of the students. By the time the students leave, they will be able to read the stories and show their parents what they have learned.
