The large group area is the focal point of the Pre-K classroom! We gather here the most times throughout our session. The addition of a colorful carpet will not only provide an inviting space to learn but will also add a sense of ownership as each kiddo will have their own square! The carpet I chose (with squares) can also provide kiddos with time to learn colors, patterns, and counting! Large rugs provide safety to children helping to provide a cushion for slips and falls. This colorful rug will create an inviting space for students to complete many activities on the floor. It will be a great addition.
