My students will actually get to experience science in a hands-on way, learning through inquiry and exploration. They will explore the zoo and learn about animals and habitats on a tour as well as have the opportunity to ask questions. The students will further their curiosity by seeing how exotic animals look and behave. They will also learn about animals habitats around the world, furthering their geographic knowledge. Finally, these students will learn about wildlife conservation at the zoo, inspiring a new generation of change-makers. This science field trip will enhance their learning and build excitement and joy through a hands-on experience.
