My goal is to create an environment that stimulates learning, promotes freedom of choice, increases self-awareness, and inspires collaboration among students. I have seen how choice can positively affect students' enthusiasm about learning and hope that the additional options will help them thrive even more! The products I have selected will help my first grade students take charge of their own learning, stay focus, and achieve academic success by giving them flexible sitting options. They can choose to sit on wobble stools, regular stools, balance balls, or in the carpet in addition to regular chairs, while they participate in group or independent learning.
