I am in need of some diverse reading materials for my classroom. I have included in my project a wide variety of ESL and Spanish books so my bilingual students feel included and motivated to choose books that are meaningful to them. Using bilingual books also helps make connections between my non-ELL students and my ELL students. This way they can both have exposure to diverse reading materials and shared interests. I also included some dry erase reading pockets and writing paper so we can work more efficiently in our small groups.
