I am asking for funds for a document camera for my classroom. Kindergarteners need a lot of modeling and guidance with new ideas and tasks, and a document camera will allow me to demonstrate new material in a way that reaches all of their needs. I would love to be able to model both papers and 3D activities for my students and as a bonus teach them about a new kind of technology. Having a document camera will greatly enhance classroom learning and instruction by better engaging students and allowing for more classroom discussion. My students also love to share their work with each other, and I would love to be able to showcase their work on the screen.
