Without basic supplies such as notebooks and pencils/highlighters, student learning is delayed and they start falling behind quickly. I notice that there are students every year that come to me asking if I have any spare materials that they could use because they cannot ask their parents to get it or buy it for themselves. These simple necessities should be provided to all students no matter what their financial situations may be. I started buying supplies for them at the beginning of each year but it also a financial burden on myself since I cannot help them all. Getting these materials will help my students be ready for their classes and start off the semester right.

About my class
