I am setting up a reward system in my classroom that needs rewards and incentives to encourage my students to work their hardest. Students will earn points for various levels of rewards, some of those being snacks and candy while some will be intrinsic rewards or choices within the classroom. Students will have a chance to earn back points when they make an unwise choice and students will be rewarded for their continued hard work and being a positive role model. I want every student to learn to be aware they are the ones making the choices that lead to consequences whether positive or negative. I love seeing students become aware of their choices and becoming empowered to be the best they can be.

About my class
