Keeping my students focused and engaged will be a challenge for me as a first year teacher. I want my students to feel safe emotionally and physically, yet challenged intellectually. I want to provide them with the materials and environment to participate in exciting and effective classroom discussions. Allowing them to move around in their wiggle chairs while they show their excitement to think out loud and build upon the concepts we will explore is just a small part of creating that environment. Together we will achieve great things and learn from each other along the way. Let's get our wiggle on!

About my class
