My students are seventh and eighth graders. We are a small K-8 school in California. My students, for the most part, want to succeed. We have a great campus where our JH kids have a chance to visit with all their old teachers. Unlike most Junior Highs our students can catch up with their third or second grade teachers, we're on the same campus. We build relationships and through a strong relationship we can build and strengthen their confidence. I want to do everything I can to maintain this.
