This project will help to start replacing our Title I schools old, worn-out microscopes. Many of our microscopes are broken or in poor working condition and do not have high enough magnification for our AP level classes. We have been unable to replace our old microscopes due to lack of funding. Our students are very inquisitive and enjoy learning about the microscopic world. We currently do not have appropriate microscopes to accommodate our AP level Biology and APES classes. The updated technology in our labs will help prepare them for the growing STEM-related industries that many of our students are interested in joining.
