With a high number of students in my classroom, I want them all to have as many options as possible for flexible seating. These alternative seats will be used for silent reading, small group work, and even when students need a break from their desk mates. Flexible seating gets students excited to work, ready to learn, and has a positive impact in the classroom. I've seen firsthand what a wonderful impact flexible seating can have on students. It may not seem like much to others, but flexible seating can really be what helps a child have a successful school day.
