Science students often stand during labs but do need to take a break occasionally. Seats in a science room need to be easy to clean, sturdy, and stackable. The chairs that I chose will allow the students to clear the room to do labs yet sit comfortably when studying and writing. The current chairs in my “new” room are the 30-year old left overs from the year the school opened. They are different colors & styles, many are broken, and they are not stacking. This summer I have put up a 8’x12’ space mural and painted the students’ desks. All we need are new seats to have an exciting learning space!
