Do you remember how challenging it was to sit up straight and still at a desk during your student days? The funding of this project will allow my first grade students to become better able to focus during small group instruction, including remediation and enrichment. Additionally, as they work independently, the need to move, which often results in distraction and disruption for all students, is met in their individual flexible learning spaces created by your gift of a comfy floor chair or a wobble chair - the latter which can be used in both small group and whole class instruction, practice, and sharing activities through each of our 180 days this school year and for many years to come. Your support can make a real difference in my students educational experiences.
