My students have the opportunity to apply their creative imaginations and develop their writing skills every day using paper pencil. They write about topics that spark their interest. The students also write to tell facts about a topic. The students level of engagement will increase as they follow the steps of the writing process to publish their work through the new technology use of the inkjet printer. The students will be amazed at their accomplishment when their books have been published using the printer and they can share printed books with the class through Writer’s Workshop. By donating the Envy 7155 inkjet printer to our writing project, you will be helping increase the students’ love for writing and most importantly their academic achievement. The students will marvel at their work as they learn to use the new printer technology and they will develop a sense of PRIDE when they see their finished product.
