I'm asking for help to buy a classroom pack of headphones so all our scholars will be able to be on the math and/or science programs at the same time. I teach roughly 25 students at once and in the past two years I have only been provided with five pairs of headphones, though I shouldn't complain because many teachers aren't given any headphones! My students have LOTS of personality and energy, which is great for many learning environments and projects, but when it comes to their independent online programs, scholars need privacy to focus. Fourth graders are social and want to talk as much as possible and the online programs require sound. Headphones would increase students' participation by keeping them focused and not distracted.
