A light tablet will provide my students with a new and exciting way to discover and explore objects. My project is to incorporate light tablets into our daily learning. Through the use of a light tablet, we will be able to explore how light travels through objects. This will provide a fun and creative way for students to learn. We will be able to work on many other important skills as well! The various colored chips, numbers, shapes, buttons and gems can be used to work on patterning and counting skills. Literacy skills could be easily included in activities as well either with transparent letters or sensory bins on top of the light tablet. The possibilities are truly endless! Whatever the goal may be, students will be engaged in this fun, hands-on learning activity.
