Every student comes to my classroom with a different level of reading ability and interest. I want to provide a classroom library for my students to be able to have easy access to books with the hopes that it'll lead to a lifetime love of reading. Having books readily available in the classroom sends a constant message that reading is important and expected. I will be continually adding to this library but it is important to have a foundation of books for students to be able to choose from. By having books available with a wide range of genre, reading level, and style, I believe this library can meet students where they are.

About my class
