I would like my students to create Book Character Action Figures when we discuss character traits. For this, I would need enough white air dry clay for each student, assorted acrylic paint that the students can use to paint their character, and paint brushes. The students will choose a specific book character that they will gather information about. Once they have collected all of their information, they will draw a model of their character. The students will use the model to make their figure out of clay. Lastly, they will present their characters to the class explaining the important details of the character and how they act throughout the story.
